How We Think About Senior Living

At Heron Cove, we design each living arrangement around a few core ideas: that privacy and community are not opposites; that flexible terms respect where each person is in life; and that the quality of an arrangement is felt in the day-to-day texture, not just the features on paper.

We offer three distinct residence options — each inclusive of communal dining, social programming, outdoor access, and staff coordination. The differences between them lie in duration, suite size, and the specific circumstances they're built for.

Seasonal Stay Experience

A thoughtfully prepared short-term option for seniors who want to explore community living, recover from a period of isolation, or simply enjoy a restful change of scenery. Stays run from 2 weeks to 3 months. Everything needed for daily comfort is provided — from a private furnished room to daily meals and housekeeping.

A thoughtfully designed arrangement for couples who wish to remain together in a supportive community. The suite is larger, with a separate sitting area, bedroom, and accessible bathroom. Both partners have full and equal access to all community amenities, activities, and meals — with the understanding that each person's interests and pace may differ.
